With white man's contempt, they called him Comanch', the Indian. He didn't know if they were right or not, and he'd have to keep tracking the shadow of his past, till he found out. But - whether he was Indian, white man, or half-breed - no-one would spit that name at him any more. The last man who called him Comanch' woke up in Doc Peter's Office.
