Division Chief Seraphine Thomas is finally handling the snowballing situation in New York. She survived her first Valentine's Day as Alpha and a whole new mess of problems, but is feeling more confident in her roles now that she's laid a better foundation. The Alpha of one of the New York City packs sent a hitter to take care of Sera when she started forcing the system to work and he was on the wrong side of that.
