Antelope Valley

(2025)
(Book 11 in the Calaway Crossing series)
A novel by

Lincoln Calaway was a rancher born and raised. He expected to end up with a rancher’s daughter. Delaney Cooper was anything but.

Reverend Cooper brought his family to Calaway Crossing when he took over as pastor of the Lutheran church. He brought his four daughters, but this tiny town wasn’t the future he had in mind for them.

Delaney grew up knowing she would go to college and make a life for herself somewhere far away from rural Oregon. Calaway Crossing was just an unfortunate cog in the wheel. She’d finish high school, then be on her way. She was looking forward to getting away from her overbearing father, who’d raised her and her sisters for the last ten years by himself.

When Lincoln Calaway sauntered up to her at the fall roundup, he represented everything she didn’t like about the small ranching community. He was a cowboy. That’s all she needed to know about him.

But Lincoln had a different idea. Was she the type of girl he thought he’d end up with? No. But he just couldn’t help himself. She was beautiful, smart, and wanted nothing to do with him.

It was perfect.

Antelope Valley is the eleventh book in the Calaway Crossing Series. It’s a look back to the start of the current Calaway family.
