When a mission to fight a powerful villain goes haywire, Nyle Maxwell (Winter) is saved by the hero Busker Burn, who turns out to be his younger brother who has been looking for him for a long time.
Their happy reunion is shattered, however, when the government deletes Busker's account and puts a variety of oppressive restrictions on Winter, even locking his level entirely to squash his character growth.
