A man takes Karlie Templeton to an abandoned house, hits her head, and leaves her for dead. Her psychic twin sister Steffie has visions about Karlie and the abandoned house in the woods. She sends PJ, who grew up in that area, to find her. Karlie is unconscious, bloody, and barely breathing. He calls for the helicopter and hopes it’s not too late to save her. At the hospital, he donates blood and sings to her, coaxing her out of a coma.

FBI agents PJ and Chip search for Karlie’s attacker. The search intensifies when they find shallow graves in the woods. Steffie sees the killer in a vision. It’s the same man who hurt her sister. Chip and PJ devise a plan to capture him.

Despite injuries, a kidnapped child, Steffie’s surprise pregnancy, Chip’s dying mother, and Karlie’s damaged eye, Chip and PJ don’t give up on the women they love. Steffie and Karlie don’t give up on them either. Or on each other.
