AUTHOR'S NOTE: Lost That Lovin' Feeling is a short (approximately 25 pages) prequel (not a short story) to the upcoming mainstream romance novel Love Will Follow. It does not meet the technical definition of a short story, because rather than being a complete story with a defined ending, it provides background information and hints at conflict that will be addressed in my upcoming novel... in other words, the goal is to make readers want to know what happens next!
