The timing could not have been much worse.

With her wedding reception interrupted in the worst possible way and her new husband locked down, Stasia is facing new challenges, and most of the old ones, on her own. The Rat King is still missing, the truce with the stone elves is on edge, the pixies may be quiet but that doesn't mean they're safe, and a rising power in the city that goes by 'The Butcher' seems to be causing trouble terribly close to Stasia's home.

Stasia has a host of new opportunities, but she's got to figure out what really matters to her - and who - if she's going to navigate this new chapter of her life successfully, and it's possible that, in the end, she isn't going to be able to keep everyone.

Welcome back to Verida. Get your cloak pulled in tight. It's about to rain.
