Years before he was the boss of his family, and long before he met his loving wife, Cassandra AKA Shy, Mike Black was an enforcer for drug kingpin André Harmon.
As friction between him and André increased, Black got a call from Venisha saying that some corner boys had set up on her corner and were scaring off her customers, he and Bobby went to check it out and run them off or kill them.
It really was up to them.
When one of Bobby’s old girlfriends called and said that a drug dealer named Maurice Shaw had hurt her and her teenage daughter, Black and Bobby hit the streets to hurt him down. along the way, openings to expand his gambling operation present themselves and Black seizes on those opportunities. However, he finds that he was in over his head and still needed help.
