Lady Victory has fallen to the deplorable debauchery of Mesmero. But taming Lady Victory and turning her into his obedient slavegirl was only the first act in Mesmero's plans. Now, with Lady Victory under his thumb, Mesmero turns his eyes to another of New York's protectors, the nimble Tigress.
