The forces of Hellspace stir, and old powers rise up alongside the new to meet them. Nomads have been disappearing from the Confederacy, and no one knows why. Everywhere, the galaxy waits with baited breath, wondering what spark will set alight the inferno of war once again.
The Black Star Navy is only one small part of the forces that are in motion. And yet, more and more eyes turn towards them, and the Admiral which leads them. After all, he is the one who has ridden each of the storms so far, and every time come out stronger on the other side, isn't he? Why wouldn't others look to follow his lead?
But the Black Star Navy was not built for prolonged war, and the battles to come may prove to be too much even for their storied ships. For, when the gates of Hellspace are thrown open, who can say what will happen?
