Together with Dante, a wolf shifter who's too hot for his own good, I own a bounty-hunting business--Shadow Blade. We investigate cases that involve all sorts of nasty creatures who find their way into Upper Seattle.
While checking out the murder of a local member of the Witches Guild, we uncover a demonic force trying to creep into the area, one that feels oddly familiar to me. But as we race to solve the murder, I start piecing together scattered pieces of my past, and now, the killer and I seem to be on a collision course and I can only hope that we solve the murder before I become the next target.
