New Englander Wayne Cameron longed for the wide open spaces. He heard that western union a\was trying to unite two oceans by telegraph wire. He seized to chance to work for them and see the wild west. Soon indians, prairie fires, stampededing beasts, and fued between ranchers and settlers nearly sent him packing. But then there was the love of Kit Sunderland and soon he earned the right to be called a cowboy.
