In an instant the Earth was covered in darkness. Within forty-eight hours of the blackout, global temperatures sunk below freezing, transforming the landscape into frozen tundras. Poor countries without access to nuclear fission were decimated. Billions perished. For the first time since the 1800’s, Earth’s population was under two billion and was dropping every minute.
A few brave souls stepped forward to save the world. Their mission: pilot an experimental spacecraft into the depths of space, discover the cause of the blackout and ignite a massive hydrogen bomb to reignite the sun.
The stakes couldn’t be higher. Mission failure means the end of life as we know it.
