The Secret of 13

You're just coming down from the dentist's office, minding your own business, when thing start to get really weird! You pressed the "Lobby" button, but the elevator stops on 13. As the door open, bright lights blind you. Someone-you can't see-hands you something. The doors slide shut. Who was that? What is this? Quick-do something! Push "Door Open"?
