Big Mo is back and more vicious than ever as he goes back to Cleveland to resume his place as the top dog in the drug game. With his entire crew allegedly wiped out, Big Mo brings a hit man along with him to serve as his enforcer while he assembles a new Chedda Boyz crew. His brother Chaz, who still thinks that Mo is dead, has also assembled a crew in his attempt to put the Cleveland drug scene in a stranglehold. Once the two of them meet up, they form a lethal allegiance and make plans to overthrow current kingpin, Jose Cuevas. But before they can put their plan into motion, a new player has emerged on the scene. G-Boy, a cat from New York has stepped onto the field with dreams of making a fortune in C-Town. Bringing along goons who kill first and ask questions later, G-Boy is a serious problem for Mo and Chaz. As the two crews battle it out for drug dealing supremacy, a lone wolf stalks Mo with the intentions of murdering him and anyone close to him. The lone wolf has fifty thousand reasons to see Mo dead. But if the lone wolf is not careful, someone just might beat em to the punch.
