When lovely Cornelia Copleys mother becomes ill, Cornelia leaves college to care for her family who lives near poverty. But when she overhears her brother and sister calling her self-centered and ungrateful, she begins to realize how much the little family gave up for her sake and sets off to repair the damage she has caused, but it may be too little and too late.
