Red Dragon Prophecy
(2019)(The second book in the Zed's Chronicles of the Parallel Universe Disruptions series)
A novel by John Hindmarsh
Zed has no way home.
A prime universe collapsed, dragging down nearby parallel universes.
He's a powerful mage and was moved through a series of universes as they crashed. He's had to park his Stanley Electric Steamer in his garage and use an electric Royce instead. It's armored, in case.
He needs all the magic he can gather in order to survive.
-------------------------------------------
In Zed's words:
I'm trying to protect my new home and its people.
The Disruption moved the Tir-Kiran Embassy--with hundreds of military personnel--from their home universe into Hyde Park, not far from Buckingham Palace.
Now, Tir-Kiran are planning to conquer this universe. Their mages are powerful, and their military are shapeshifters--Red Dragons. They regard me as their enemy. Rightly so.
I must eliminate them as a threat.
Lucifer will help; I can trust him when his task is the destruction of demons that are alien to this world.
I hope.
We have powerful friends.
Pixies have brought in their pet rocks--three hundred megaliths, averaging twenty feet in diameter--to help strengthen our protective wall. The megaliths are linked in parallel and their magical charge is increasing every day.
We also have powerful enemies.
We could lose it all.

This is the second book in Zed's Parallel Universe Chronicles, which recounts Zed's efforts--with Dena, of course--to protect their world when parallel universes are no longer quite parallel, and magic, in the form of Order and Chaos, flows unpredictably across the wreckage.
