BLURB SUBJECT TO CHANGE. COVER NOT FINAL.

Angrboda ‘Greer’ Austad has spent the last few years driven by a singular obsession: find and kill the villainous god Loki. As both a Valkyrie and a powerful rune witch with the power of sight, Greer has seen a future under Loki’s rule and it’s one of total death and destruction. But if she can kill Loki before he offs Odin and takes the crown, she can save the world and everyone in it.

Loki has always been a God with a plan. When Odin tells him to fetch a wayward Valkyrie with immense magic and bring her back to Asgard, Loki decides to keep the witch for himself. Using his shapeshifting powers, Loki appears to Greer as Sig, a battle-weary warrior who appeals to her help as they fight a common enemy.

But the more that Loki/Sig and Greer are together, the closer they become—physically and emotionally—making the eventual reveal of Sig’s true nature all the more catastrophic.

Now Greer has a choice: kill the God that will destroy the world —even if it means killing the one she loves. Or join forces with him as his queen, hoping the light inside her can temper all his darkness.

Before it leaves her—and the world—in ruins.

An enemies-to-lovers "Haladrial" coded (IYKYK) Nordic romantasy.
