The Demon Slayer

The angel Raphael hears the same heartbreaking prayer rise from two very different petitioners: a young woman and an old man. Each prays, "Release my spirit from this life, and return my body to dust." The old man, preparing for his requested death, sends his son on a journey to retrieve his inheritance. But the only traveling companion available for the son is a stranger who has his own plans, plans that include the dejected young woman. This story of Tobit is a modern retelling of that ancient tale.
