Kate Horsley

Born into a family of eccentrics, Kate was raised in a haunted house. Her childhood interest in the dark side of things eventually took the shape of a novel, The Monster's Wife, which was shortlisted for the Scottish First Book Award. Her second novel, The American Girl, will be published by William Morrow in Summer 2016.

Her poems and short fiction have appeared in a number of magazines and anthologies including Best British Crime Stories and her work has won awards. She is represented by Oli Munson at A.M. Heath.
