A born and bred Kiwi [trans: New Zealander],
Kim Hunt has spent 25 years in Australia, travelling
the outback on two wheels and four and
spending time as a band roadie, dj, tiler,
horticulturalist and womens’ refuge worker.
She has lived within walls, without walls,
under corro and in a van. Automotive projects
litter her past and permeate her present.
Kim Hunt has been published in various
anthologies and literary journals,
including Overland and Southerly. She began
writing in the early 90s and completed a
Master of Letters (Creative Writing) at the
University of Sydney. Kim is currently writing
crime novels in Aotearoa (New Zealand).
