The Spider

Samantha Quest is searching for a wayward wife, whose husband killed her lover and vowed to punish her too. Now he is set to be released from jail and she fears for her life. Meanwhile, bankers in the City are worried. Their computer systems are being hacked into by audacious intruders and, fearful of another banking crisis, they hire Quest to investigate. The hackers have intercepted money transfers between a crime syndicate and drug-trafficking terrorists and things are getting dangerous. Will Quest be able to juggle both cases and get the results she's known for? And just who is lurking in the shadows with their eyes trained firmly on her?
