When ER Nurse Eliza Duncan is preparing medication for her patient and good friend Esther, she spots a familiar form sneaking into that patient’s room. She hurries back to the room to find Esther terrified and crying, but she’s alone. Whoever this person was, they threatened to reveal Esther’s dark secret.
