Timber: U.S. Marshal bursts into action once more with a brand new Western adventure that will leave you turning pages. Timber doesn’t rest; he can’t be bribed or bought off—he has only one goal. Justice.

In the foothills outside of Elder Flats is one of the largest remaining herds of wild horses. The two largest ranch owners have been supplementing their cattle income for the last fifteen years by taking a half dozen wild horses from the herd here and there, once or twice a year, to make ends meet. It's always been an unspoken agreement that neither rancher would take too many horses, so that the herd's numbers would stay stable.

Then the oldest of the ranchers has lately decided that he is entitled to as many wild horses as his men can round up, and to hell with anybody else.

He ain't been the same since he was crippled in a stampede--ever since then he's been using a stick to walk and he's been meaner every month. It falls to Timber: U.S. Marshal to sort out the brewing ranch war in the area. Can Timber bring an old man with a lot of power to heel, or will he die, trying to bring fairness to the Old West?
