A series for young children on "doing' words. These new books by Shirley Hughes are an extension of her Nursery Collection. Featuring the same lively little girl and her baby brother, the books focus on "doing" words, such as giving, bouncing, chatting and hiding. The books show, through pictures and lots of humour, the many different meanings and applications that one verb can have.
