Tiller's Watch

Joe Pilgrim was a gun-artiste and troubleshooter who would go anywhere. But the trip to the town with the strange-sounding name was a mystery, and at first he couldn't find the man who'd sent for him. Then there was the legend of the old gold strike and a prospector who'd died as he watched the lake that held many secrets. Soon, Pilgrim was caught in the long brewing, bloody aftermath of an unsolved past crime.
