The Range Robbers

Ex-lawman Jack Silver's chance meeting with Mary Carson leads him into a violent conflict with Jed Sinclair, an unscrupulous, land-grabbing rancher who is threatening Mary's father and trying to drive the Carsons out so that he can take over their ranch. It was never going to be easy for Jack to thwart Sinclair's plans, but when Sinclair enlists the help of the notorious outlaw Morgan and his gang, it seems as if Jack's fate is sealed.
