Seafaring on Jord

More than a thousand years before the Empire had suddenly pulled their ships and soldiers from the islands. Now the shallow sea zone islands are populated by desperate people living under petty tyrants. Kaven, a young man who can only look forward to starving on a plot of land too poor to farm, or risking his life on one of the Sere's galleys discovered old blueprints for a sailing ship like hasn't been seen in so long there are no stories about them. He worked to provide a shipwright with all the wood necessary to build the ship. Now the ship is ready and Kaven is going on an adventure. He will be going out and discover what it is like to be Seafaring on Jord.
