Welcome to the Good Karma Café where kindness, community and cake are all on the menu.
After being jilted by her fiancé, Zoe Bennett has been mending her broken heart in the beautiful island paradise of Bali. With local restaurant owner Agatha providing a listening ear, she confides that she’s worried about going back to what’s left of her life in London. To her surprise, Agatha suggests she has just the opportunity for her – to manage her old café in the picturesque village of Poppleton in the Cotswolds.
Although reopening the café won’t be easy, Zoe is determined to make the most of her fresh start and throws herself into the challenge. She quickly makes new friends, including her charming artist-cum-gallery-owner neighbour Dylan Spencer, and focuses on making the café a welcoming place for the community – from hosting floristry workshops to pizza-making nights and even the local knit-and-natter group.
