When eighteen-year-old Abby Nelson left for a backpacking trip around Europe, she promised to call her dad every day to check in. When those phone calls stopped coming, Abby's dad knew something was wrong. The last time anyone had seen Abby, she was leaving London and heading to Amsterdam with a young man named Teddy, last name unknown. When Abby doesn't turn up at her destination, a frantic father seeks the investigative skills of Sarah Woods and Carter Peterson. With only a few text messages as clues, the private detectives must traverse several countries in a desperate search for the young woman before a sinister plot is followed through.
