The night the lights went out in Seattle…

During a blackout, Eli Hammond finally talks to his extremely attractive neighbor, Charlotte “Charlie” Baker, from across the hall. He’s seen her around, but they’ve never moved past the nodding and smiling stage. Tonight, he’s offered her part of his dinner and some company in the candlelight.
