Ramey James

Ramey James is the nom de plume of New York Times bestselling author Deanna Chase and RITA® award-winning editor Angie Ramey. After meeting online in a glass forum almost two decades ago and being “imaginary friends” for a while, they finally met in person and became instant besties.

Angie was there, cheering Deanna on when she wrote and published her first book. After years of being Deanna’s assistant and editor, the two finally teamed up to write about some of their own shenanigans in the fictional town they call Hoochville. Some of the scenes might be rooted in the truth, but they’ll never tell which.
