Brad Kelln

Dr. Brad Kelln is a clinical and forensic psychologist with the East Coast Forensic Hospital. He is an expert on violence risk assessment, dangerousness and psychopathic personalities. He is also a special consultant to he Halifax Regional Police. Dr. Kelln lives outside Halifax with his wife and two sons.
