The Search for X - Y - Z

Ezra Jenkins, farmer, may have committed a felony when he signed his brother's name to a land sale contract, and Wiscon City's Kraut King, Herman Hieronymus, is determined that he suffer the consequences. So Ezra must find his brother X before time runs out. Luckily he has the citizens of the "Berlin of the West" to help him. But when he rents a room with a picture window but no glass in it he's almost inviting someone to complicate matters with murder. And naturally, someone obliges-with a bow and arrow!
