The Best Worst First Date Ever

When Colin, the cute Brit with the shy smile asks me out, I don't want to go. He seems like a nice enough guy, but is he worth the hassle of a new lipstick and missing my daughter's goodnight call? I'm a single mom running my own cafe, so saying I don't have a lot of free time is an understatement. But it's my daughter who makes me go because she thinks I don't have a life.

I do, it's just a busy one. And it involves lists, and plans, and being organized. I don't do well with last-minute stuff.

Despite my better judgment, I agree, and things start off surprisingly well - maybe too well. But when Colin's ex crashes into the middle of our date, things start to go very wrong. I end up in the middle of a robbery, there's a slam-dam fistfight, and Colin and I get kidnapped.

Oh, and Colin isn't the cute, charming guy I thought he was. He's a spy. British secret service, to be exact. And he's on the trail of a disk containing the lost memories of someone named Charlotte Dodd.

The best date quickly turns into one of the worst as I have to fight to save what's mine, showing everyone I more than anyone has ever given me credit for.
