Cats In The Belfry When Laura Decker returned to South Carolina for her Great Aunt Belle's funeral, she hadn't expected to inherit a rambling house or seven pampered cats. Nor had she expected an impossible neighbour like Sam Calhoun and his yardful of dogs. To make matters worse Sam was the executor of Belle's estate.
