Even under the best of circumstances, the holiday season is an anxious time full of stress and worry.
Especially if you’re basically living paycheck to paycheck…
Harper Bigelow is doing just that. Oh sure, she’s managed to save some money for a rainy day, but an alert from her bank that her checking account is thisclose to being overdrawn is yet another reminder of just how tenuous her financial situation is.
And with Christmas just around the corner, she decides she had better look for a part-time second job to bolster her funds.
Hannah Tremayne is doing somewhat better money-wise…
She’s just been promoted at her job, and she has her own—very small—apartment in Oceanside. However, even with the bump in salary that came with her promotion, it’s not like she’s in the market for an Italian sports car. More like a new microwave.
Fortunately, for the past few years, she’s had a gig at the Carlsbad Mall, being one of Santa’s elves…It wasn’t much, but it gave her a few extra bucks at the Most Wonderfully Expensive Time of the Year.
Only this year, being one of Santa’s elves is going to include a bit of a surprise…in the form of a sexy new co-elf!
“The Elves Who Wrote the Lesbian Christmas Song” tells the sweet and funny sapphic romance of Harper and Hannah—two Oceanside girls just trying to make it from one day to the next in one of the most expensive states in America.
