'Welcome to Technopolis! The greatest virtual pet centre on the internet! Raise your own Technomon!' Josh wasn't even sure that he wanted a Technomon. But the rest of his life was a mess. His new baby brother Luke had arrived three months early, barely strong enough to survive, and though Luke was at home now the whole house was darkened by worry over him. Josh's little sister Molly, lived in her own strange world, playing with her chocolate seahorse family and a space cucumber called Loopy Rose. And his best friend at school - his only friend at school- had moved back to Italy. So Josh decided to give Technomon a try. He chose a blue egg with purple speckles, which would hatch into a baby dragon called a Flagondra. But the egg had ideas of its own, and so did the dragon, and after it hatched nothing would ever be the same again...
