He invited the Tonkawa Indian into the camp for his mysterious skills and knowledge of the wilderness’ conundrums.
As a wide range of animals’ behavior changes for the worse, everybody prepares to defend themselves against savage attacks. As winter arrives, it has become too dangerous to travel alone unescorted, even to the nearby Crow stronghold.
