I have loved books and stories since I was a little girl, and I still do! History is also a passion for me, and I especially enjoy novels that mix history and mystery. Along the way, I majored in social studies and English before going on to earn a Master's degree in education. I taught English at the junior high, high school, and college levels. In addition, I worked as a golf shop manager, program coordinator, and online tutor. Now, I spend much of my time researching, reading and writing. When I have a chance, I also like to spend time with family and friends, including my dog Izzy.

My books feature spunky women who love playing amateur sleuth and solving whodunits. Readers can enjoy unraveling the mysteries, along with the characters. They can also escape to 1920s small-town America, when life was simpler.
