Fruit of the Dead (2024)
Rachel Lyon
"Rachel Lyon's genius, alluring novel is a mythic and modern love story: between mother and daughter, between a young woman and the danger she needs to experience, between her darkest and brightest selves. I read with my heart in my throat and my breath held, a total glutton for its sentences and Cory's propulsive, sparkling, and often terrifying journey."
How to Care for a Human Girl (2023)
Ashley Wurzbacher
"I was smitten by this story of two sisters teetering on the edge of the rest of their lives, trying to let go and hold on to each other - and themselves - all at once. A tender portrait of the threads of grief and familial devotion, How To Care for A Human Girl asks the essential question of womanhood: what does it mean to live your own life?"
Love Like That (2021)
Emma Duffy-Comparone
"The stories in Love Like That are funny and raw and big-hearted. Duffy-Comparone acknowledges the people we want to be and puts crosshairs on the people we are and the places we are loved nonetheless. This collection is a grand tour of the human heart, a true pleasure to read."
