There��s nothing better than being on the open road. I don’t belong to any club or place for long. I’m a nomad for a reason. The day I’m offered for a place in December came, I took it. It was supposed be simple.
But there’s nothing simple about it.
Not when it comes to the pretty buttoned up teacher. She’s turning life upside down and making me see things different.
Christmas is meant for peace and joy. But my job brings none of that. I have to make some decisions. Do I want to move on, or risk everything for a Christmas with the one woman who has jingled up my life and a forever bow?
