The final installment in The Underworld Novellas, tailored for enthusiasts of cozy, low-stakes fantasies akin to Legends & Lattes, The Restaurateur in the Underworld weaves together elements of Greek mythology, found family dynamics, delectable cuisine, a hint of whimsy, and, for the first time in the series, a sweet romance that has been quietly simmering in the background of the preceding stories.

Please note, while not necessary, it is recommended to read the novellas in order for a full reading experience.

Garth is an agathodaemon – part male, part snake – a creature that others have always inherently distrusted ever since his great-great-grandma encouraged some woman named Eve to eat an apple. As fates align with a deal brokered by his great-great-granddaddy and the mighty Zeus, Garth finds himself condemned to the Underworld.

Though his family wields some form of power in Hades’ realm, likability is not their forte. Garth, thrust into the family business, navigates the urban Underworld, where it takes all his cunning to convince others he is trustworthy. Especially after that fire.

Then she comes along. His little Rae-of-Sunshine.

Suddenly, hard work and a cunning, disarming charm aren’t enough. For some reason, Rae seems to warm to everyone in the team except him, and Garth finds himself putting more than just his heart on the line to see if she could ever love him in return.
