This is a beautiful heart-warming and emotional story that shows how horses and love can make a very happy life, this story opened my eyes to the plight of the Brumbies and let me get to know Tilly and Jason as they becomes friends and then a lot more in a beautiful country town, this was a great story and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them so well.
Holly Tillis has had a dream for a long time to open a horse therapy clinic she truly understands the way that horses can bring the best out in people, how they love and get to trust the humans that are there to care for them. Tilly's horses mean so much to her and when she loses her husband she carries on the dream working hard to make her dreams come true. Her life might be about to change when someone new walks into the café she works in and there is an instant spark a pull that is sure to lead somewhere.
Jason Weaver has been through a tough time and has decided it is time to get his life back on track, he is a loner and looking forward to renovating the house he has bought in the small country town of Ben Tirran, although when he meets the waitress in the local café he is feeling things that he has not felt in a long time. Of course he finds it hard to communicate and Tilly stands her ground with him, could this lead somewhere.
Jason and Tilly have both been through tragedy they have been wounded emotionally and now is their time to find happiness but of course it is not easy Jason can be very surly but Tilly and her horses are soon working their charms on Jason and it is not long before Tilly's dream is up and running and Healing Horses Horse Therapy has her first group through, this opens Jason's eyes even more and after a rocky journey there is a beautiful HEA for all involved. This is a story that I would highly recommend, getting to know about the Guy Fawkes Heritage Horse Association was a treat and the way these horses help so many people in life. Karly Lane has written a beautiful story that had me turning the pages, there is so much to love in this one.
