Instead of an emergency lockdown, they put the contaminated residents of Wuhan, who were well conditioned to follow orders and not ask questions, onto planes bound to every corner of North and South America, Europe, and most other industrialized nations of the world on mandatory one-way paid vacations. As their country weakened, so too would their adversaries.
They set into motion something that neither their country nor any other could stop or cure, that would radically change the entire world with a massive cataclysmic human event.
