World War Two continues to rage across the globe.

In Asia, the Soviets are victoriously advancing through the Korean Peninsula after smashing through the Chosen Defensive Line. Russian General Zhukov prepares for the final offensive while General Douglas MacArthur and General Yamashita plan for an offensive that will disrupt the Red Army from their newly-built Heijo-Kanko defensive line.

In Algeria and the Atlas Mountains, the Germans have backed down and retreated to their bases, while a new commander has been named (Eric von Manstein) following the sacking of General von Arnim. The Germans aren't done trying to expel the Allies out of Morocco.

In Egypt, attacked from both sides, the Allies are, for now, still in control, following two resounding victories at El Alamein and on the Suez Canal. The Fuhrer's patience in von Kleist is at an end and Guderian had been recalled to the Sinai to smash the stubborn Anglo-Japanese once and for all.

In the Atlantic, the ominous shadows of the Bismarck and its two consorts, the battlecruisers Sharnhorst and Gneisenau, weight heavy with the Allies. The three powerful warships are a true menace to the Allied convoys, as they can again break out of Brest at any time

Over it all, the struggle between the Axis and the Allies continues to increase in intensity as leaders from both sides put more and more troops into the battle.
