Saddle Justice

He rode into Buffalo, sun-darkened, dusty - and smelling of danger - a big man with a Winchester in his saddle boot and a gunbelt that looked like an old friend. His name was Roderick, Sergeant Will Roderick out of Fort Abraham Lincoln. The town had lynched his younger brother only days before. Roderick was there to find out who and why - in a town of casual justice and whisky-fast draws - a town that waited for him to make his move...and didn't realize it was out of his class in fighting a man who had spent a lifetime in the business of fighting the Indians.
