Billy Rubbish

When his town wins the award for the messiest town of all, Billy decides he must do something, especially as nobody else seems bothered. Together with his sister Nicola, they run the Amazing Rubbish Bin competition. The most extraordinary event of all, however, is the Great Recycled Cycle Race.
