Lydia Doherty owns a successful taffy shop on the Jersey Shore boardwalk. Business is thriving and she loves what she does, but when it comes time to meet the friends of the man that she's been seeing, she suddenly finds herself questioning her success.
When one of those friends winds up being the suspect in a murder case at a storage facility, however, Lydia has a chance to use some of her amateur sleuthing skills, pitching in to help get to the truth.
Her investigation takes her behind the scenes, and she wonders what lurks behind the locked doors of the storage facility. Hoping that she doesn't find more than she bargained for, Lydia forges ahead, determined to get to the bottom of the case.
