UNTAMED DRAGON is different course from the books in the series as it features Finn in the US on holiday with Nico Torres (Finns Quest) and does not include his squad of SAS soldiers. Its still packed with the usual action as you would expect from Finn. If in doubt, please read the free preview before purchase.
Synopsis
After recovering from injuries sustained while foiling the terrorist plot in Cyprus (Hellenic Storm), SAS Captain Kirkland Finn sets off on a two-week holiday. He flies to New Mexico to meet FBI Special Agent Nico Torres (Finn's Quest) as a civilian with a job offer from MI6 Director Fox playing on his mind. Torres plans a road trip, driving from New Mexico through Arizona to Nevada and visiting all the usual tourist sights: Route 66, the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, and Las Vegas. Four days in, after a rowdy night at a roadhouse, driving on the backroads of Arizona towards the Hoover Dam, Finn and Torres decide to stop at a diner for a late breakfast. They encounter a gang of mercenaries led by a man who reminds Torres of a wanted ex-CIA agent from his past. Unarmed in a remote location, without backup, Torres decides to follow and gather evidence of his identity before confronting the man. On leaving the diner, the gang splits up. After losing the man's vehicle, they follow the remaining gang members to a remote house on the banks of Lake Mead and are discovered, captured and framed for murder. The hunters become hunted. Without money or transport, they must use their skills to evade capture and clear their names. While searching for the gang, they uncover a plot to extort cash from the Las Vegas casinos using a bomb hidden inside the Hoover Dam, a digital banking scam, and a terrorist conspiracy featuring spies, double agents and mercenaries.
Follow Finn and Torres across the desert wilderness of Arizona and Nevada in an action-packed, fast-moving espionage adventure with numerous twists and turns.
